Jared Dillman SVP of Operations
Jared Dillman is a dedicated healthcare leader and US Army veteran with over 15 years of operational experience in both military and civilian healthcare settings. Drawing from his extensive service supporting full-spectrum health service capabilities in the Army both at home and abroad, Jared has developed a strong foundation in leadership, resilience, and strategic organization. His intense desire and experience have helped lead to success and positive contributions in building strong teams, further enabling the delivery of exceptional care and achieving high-quality patient outcomes. Most recently, Jared served as a Senior Vice President of Operations at PhyNet Dermatology, where he oversaw the organization’s operational footprint across eight states, managing a network of over 115 providers. His leadership and strategic oversight contributed to operational efficiencies and the continued expansion and delivery of top-tier dermatological care. Prior to that he worked tirelessly partnering with Nephrologists, Nurses, and clinicians on improving access and implementing operational metrics to help improve the quality of life for patients on dialysis at both DaVita and U.S. Renal Care.
In addition to his professional achievements, Jared has a MA in Education and is deeply passionate about providing mentoring opportunities for future leaders, and always stiving to give more than he takes. Jared is married and currently lives with his wife, and golden doodle in the Atlanta Metro area. Together they enjoy the outdoors, camping, trails, and stumbling upon the next yet to be discovered hot spots.
