Mr. Drew Parlantieri is an award-winning healthcare sales executive with 25+ years of demonstrated commercial success in developing and executing corporate health care sales strategies focused on physician & facility relationship development. He has built high performance cultures with core values of authentic leadership and accountability with his vast experience across medical device and SAAS healthcare software sectors.
Drew has extensive finance, operations, and leadership expertise including motivating national sales teams in leveraging strong clinical expertise with physician & health system relationship-building to grow product portfolios and increase marketshare. He has led world class teams at Covidien, Medtronic, and Cordis Cardiovascular where he consistently excelled in all positions of increasing leadership responsibility. Among these many positions includes his role in leading 160+ account associates and 15 area directors producing $220M in US sales. He consistently exceeds financial growth targets and has been repeatedly recognized as a national President’s Club winner. Mr. Parlantieri’s experience includes leading corporate turnarounds and private equity backed platform integrations, while often working collaboratively with consulting groups such as McKinsey & Company to achieve optimal results. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the James Madison University School of Business and currently resides in Richmond, Va. where he is a father of four with his wife of 30 years and an avid golfer and diehard college football fan.
